SUMMARY OF GENERAL RENTAL CONDITIONS
Cars, Minibuses and 4x4
· Driver must have had a Class B driver's license for over three (3) years (5 years for minibuses and 4x4).
· VAT excluded (+16%)
· If you rent a car for more than 3 days, we will give you the best rate depending on the mileage done.
· For Minibuses and 4x4, driver must be over 25 years of age.
Motorhomes
· Driver must be over 26 years of age and have had a Class B driver's license for over three (3) years.
· Before leaving, it is necessary to pay the invoice in full and leave a 700 Euro deposit to cover damages or theft allowances.
· Rate includes the vehicle and passengers assistance inssurance.
· Upon confirmation of reservations, 30% of the total rental price must be paid. If this is not paid at that time, this will void the reservation.
· Unless other arrangements were made prior to the return date, the rental motor home must be returned to the Ampuriacar Office.
· The motor home must be used in accordance with the manufacturers' guidelines and restrictions. Must not be used to carry more passengers than permitted by law, transport commercial goods, or be given to a third party.
·T he motor home must be returned clean, in the same condition as when it left the Ampuriacar Office, and have all residual water containers emptied. Otherwise, a 45 euro charge will be incurred.
· The renter of the motor home will be responsible for any fines or sanctions.
· If any lubricant expenses are incurred by the customer, Ampuriacar S.L., will reimburse the customer upon return, with proof of purchase by means of a receipt.
· By renting a motorhome from Ampuriacar, S.L. , the customer accepts these conditions. These conditions are only a summary.
· The complete rental conditions will be listed in the rental agreement, and will be signed by the customer.
